there were no problems with reinstallation error disappeared thanks
Hi, the only other thing that comes to mind when fixing a fatal error in relation to corrupted files is have you tried Verifying on Steam?
- Go to steam library
- Right click on ''Ranch Simulator'' (in this case it will be the game you are having an issue with)
- Select ''Properties''
- Head to ''Local Files''
- Select ''Verify integrity of game files...''
Alternatively, you may have a corrupted save file - in which I recommend trying to reach out to the developers of that game to see if anything can be recovered.
I reinstalled and did the verify integrity thing, nothing has worked and it's still popping up with "LowLevelFatalError File : Unknown Line : 729 BulkData compressed header read error . This package may be corrupt !"
Could you please email a dxdiag report and an explanation of your issue to support@excalibur-games.com
To create a DxDiag report, do the following
- Press the windows key + R on your keyboard to open the run console
- Type dxdiag and click ok to open the direct x diagnostic tool
- Once this has opened, click on "save all information" to save a dxdiag report
Do you have any errors on screen? Where is the game getting stuck?
ich habe ein Problem. Seit heute bekomme ich die Meldung
LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 729]
BulkData compressed header read error. This package may be corrupt!
