Hi. I know that we can make cheese from milk and już sell milk but how to make sour milk? Have no idea.

I have not heard of Sour milk in the game. What is sour milk used for?

You can't make sour milk, but you can make mouldy curd (mix milk and curd in a pan and cook), then if you want mouldy cheese just ripen that curd in the curing room.

He probably talking about curd. Some people use the term "curdled" when talking about soured milk.

I'm playing in polish language. In burger store there are cheeses with blue and white mould. You can sell also just milk and this translation from polish is "zsiadłe mleko" which in english is soured milk like the translator tell me. And thats why I asked about this cause where there is an option to sell it so as I understand should be the option to make it.

I wondered because normal as you said curd is "ser" in polish so cheese in english. Meybe when they write "zsiadle mleko" it means normal cheesee (curd as you said)?

Yep, 'zsiadłe mleko' in my localisation files refers to 'curd' in English.

But we've simplified it in-game as the process from boiling milk, it's like the mid stage between milk and cheese.
I can contact our translators if you think it's been done incorrectly, but it sounds like you don't have an exact word for curd, so maybe 'sour milk' is the most accurate description?

nope. Curd is "twaróg" in Polish and sour milk is zsiadłe mleko. Thats two diffrent meals to be honest :) Curd is more solid and sour milk is like yoghurt more like liquid so thats why i missunderstood.
