The Pig?
How to tell if pig is fattened up. Is there a set amount of days or do they get just large?

Is there a prompt when they capped, biggest ? What happenes if you kill, slaughter them before fattest point?

I havent really messed with pigs mostly just the cows. Its been 5 days since i got 2 pigs and cant really tell a difference from when i first got them.

So from my experience, 6-10 days is what you need to get a fattened pig it's all depend on how much you feed him/her so when you have an automatic feeder it should be 6-8 days, and what I use to measure them is with the Golf car, just transport them if their legs and head are all the way out then it's ready to be slaughtered and it should give you 24-27 meat.

I think, with the new update, that they no longer die once they're fully grown.

The way I do it, I buy one pig per day until I have a pig to butcher every day. That way I know they're fully grown when I purchase the 7th pig from the store, and that I'll get the full amount possible. You'll need 3 coolers as a fully grown pig will give you 26 pieces of meat and each cooler holds 12 pieces. If you just haul them to the store or restaurant and just sell of the meat you're really losing money. You want to process them into sausages and sell those.

From the meat of one pig and one rooster I earned over $2700 when I sold to the fast food restaurant. The reason I got that much was because of that particular day pork sausage was marked up to 2x the prices. Also add eggs to the ground meat before putting it in the sausage maker. You well get more per sausage if it has egg added. Someone said you can add milk to the sausage too. I haven't tested that, getting ready to though.

You can indeed add milk, along with an egg, to the ground sausage before putting it in the sausage maker. I haven't sold any yet, so not sure how much more that adds to the price per sausage.

I do cows for the cheese. 6 cows I can make about $8400 selling Blue Mode cheese. Cheese normally sells for $175.00 each at the store, or about 2x at burger joint and each cow will give you 2 cheeses a day.
