How many roosters in a coop?
Do I need to buy more then one rooster for the chicken coop? Or one is enough? And is there a chance for the rooster to hatch from the eggs or they gonna be just a hens?

One is enough but if you have a lot of chickens and like getting more than have 2 or 3. YES there is a chance that a rooster will hatch from eggs. I usually end up with too many rosters and they end up as sausage or being sold live. They are actually worth more alive than dead. Same for chickens. Chicken sausage is $40, Live chicken worth $50.

But how do yo sell live chickens? There is no option to bind them in any way to stay put in one place. They'll be wandering about.

Put them in your vehicle. They will stay there. Take to store and park on the sell pad.
