The bonus find is when you hear a Deer barking over and over. It means a bear is chasing it. Follow the noise and hopefully kill the bear just as it kills the deer. 7 meat for 4 bullets.
Warning - They are silent assassins. I learned quickly to always check my surroundings before holstering the gun and grabbing a cooler and looking down at a corpse....
For selling - Drop a sleeping bag near the back door of the sell shop. Save - then just keep reloading until you get a price modifier for the items you want to sell. I tend to self-police myself and take the first bonus that applies regardless of how good it is. Personal preference - the games not really that hard and reloading gets boring quick.
If you do this - you will notice the Deer Spawn in that area sometimes spawns when you reload. It's the same everywhere. If you Reload your game, the Animal Spawns all go thru a regen check. (As I understand it - assumptions abound w/this theory - but it seems to work)
Easier to save/reload if you carry a sleeping bag w you, but there are enough Bus Stops near the Bear Area, I don't bother and just use them.
Kill 2-4 bears - Go to the Bus Stop. Save/Reload = More Bears out there.
