turn off the basic tutorial

Maybe a silly question but I can't for the life of me find the option to turn off the tips that come up when you start a new game. the "options" menu doesn't seem to exist...

Under Settings->Interface, there is an option for Hints/Tips something like that. It is set to basic but if you change it to disabled then the basic tutorial is disabled. It should be clearer but that basically disables the tutorial.

I realise this is over a year old but I was looking for the answer myself and noticed nobody had replied so thought I'd better do so for the next person looking!
