why cant i start endless mode when I try to start endless mode it just says endless mode starting and never starts is there something else in the white box I should type instead of ecchi

It says that endless mode is off. When I hit the checkbox it takes me to another screen that says : Endless Mode : Starting . . . but it never starts so what am I doing wrong ? also it says https://www.reddit.com/r/ then after the above in the white box it says ecchi the white box that has ecchi in it can be edited or changed so should some other word besides ecchi be put in there so that endless mode starts ?...
