Killer Timeline Error/Bug

Hello, I went through the Killer Timeline and have everything done except Richardson's dialogue it will not let me select him to post his timeline for the killer (he is the guy you interview at the Police Station). I have reloaded it several times but cannot seem to get around this error. Its preventing further progress. There is no way to "reset" the timeline to try another way either.

You might have selected to use the wrong documents as proof. Look at the upper left corner when you're in documents. Make sure Richardson is there. if not, remove whatever is there that shouldn't be, go back to richardson's dialog and scroll till it says "use document as proof."

I couldn't find any to reset or remove anything either. the only solution would be restarting the whole mystery and retrying - but it appears to be in order the way its supposed to be from everything I looked at
