Stuck in police station

Pretty much at the beginning of the game I got stuck at the police station after visiting the cobbler. After the policeman enters and says there has been another murder and Holmes says we must go to Hanbury street. When I leave the station, the ma does not show the yellow point to go to the crime scene, and the game does not let me go to any other place. I tried loading a previous saved game, with no results. Anyone has an idea how could I get past this bug?, or experienced the same?

There is a very small pointer on the map of london, about halfway between Baker Street and Whitechapel

That's rigth. I've found it only after reading this answer. It werre be better, to define a new area to help to find this point.
