Testament of Sherlock Holmes versus Jack the Ripper

I would like to see this get updated to the quality of "testament of sherlock holmes"
is there a chance of that in the future? could the ripper story be modded into testament? i think this is the supirior game but has become a little outdated (i cant use shadows???), personally i would purchase a revamped version for a reasonable price, would anybody else?

Not a chance. For example: People told the publisher/devs they would throw money at them for any kind of DLC for Crime and Punishment. Imagine the already episodic type of cases. Perfect. Ideal setup. What did we get? That ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ abomination that is The Devils Daughter.
C&P was amazing in a way, that it was not as difficult as some of the previous SH titles. Made it more fluent to play, less getting stuck. The deduction system was a great idea, too. Out of all SH games I'd rate C&P a prime example of enjoyable gamedesign.
