Are you using mods? i had same problem and turning of advanced damage mod helped

zooi i hope you see this, but theres a bug where the life syringe wont heal the whole body, please fix it. not a huge deal but it can get kinda anoyying:3

I'd like if the devs were to add people playground multiplayer.
Like if there were two cursors that could both torture and rip apart humans
and the host could change settings to blacklist certain items, change settings and parameters.
I feel that it would be really fun.

the limbs wont explode for me.

Zooi, If you see this, please help me, I've tried everything but the sound for ppg is just broken, It works on other games though.

if syringes wont push liquid into a limb if it already has some in it then the limb exploding wont work due to that and tranfering blood will be bugged
