hell yes, you can make ANYTHING you want in this game, and even though its 2D, it's still quite limitless. initially i thought it was boring since it was just a sandbox with a workshop, but after i learned to make things, i noticed that, there is NO LIMIT. and there are LOTS of mods you can use to enhance your gameplay. you can make tools, weapons, vehicles, robots, creatures, really there is NO LIMIT. you can make giant kaiju, you can make whole ass cities. the game can be laggy at times, but most of the time its because you've downloaded too many mods (which is one of the biggest problems i have with this game, i just can't keep myself from downloading 200 mods, they are all so cool). just try not to go past 500 part contraptions and you'll prob be good, unless your PC is weak, but even then this game is lighter than a feather, so if you don't exxagerate too much you can still have a lot of fun. the things i reccomend doing the most are tools and NPCs, really just let your creativity go wild. if you have any problems with anything, you can ask on the ppg discord, they're pretty nice, helped me with a lot of different things.
