i got a jumpscare ingame.

so i was just playing as normal until i opened the miscellaneous tab, and i got jumpscared by that shadowy face smiling image as pixel art with a golden freddy scream, is this a virus or nothing to worry about?

If you installed any mods check if any of them talk about a jumpscare. If not you should reinstall windows with Windows Installation Media or search "Reset this PC." And that should remove most malware that is not at kernel level. Or you could use an anti virus (e.g.) Malwarebytes. Reinstalling windows is more effective at removing malware. Don't download suspicious files from websites and use an antivirus.

NVM, I figured it out. Apparently its Nova's Invincible Mod that causes the jumpscare, it's an april fools joke
