How to cure rotting?

When a limb gets cut off or injured too much it starts to rot, it can be cured with the mending syringe but is there any other way to cure it without syringes?

yes but that's not what i want, the thing i want like maybe if i connect a blood thingy from the body to the hand and then like bandage the hand and clean it with soap it could come back right? but sadly that isnt a feature in the game
