Cool mod maker program thing i found on the internet

guys i found this program? i guess on the internet that makes mods without needing programming. heres the link https://cozax.github.io/PPG-Mod-Creator/

How to use "People Playground Mod Creator"
First of all, this mod creator is very basic, and is not intended for the creation of mods for the steam workshop.
Also, if you want to learn how to make mods from scratch, there are some useful guides on steam community, I made one on this link.
How to create your first mod element
To create your first mod element, press the "+" at the top of the navbar, it should show you a page with all your created elements. To create a new one click on the "Create Element" button. Once the button clicked, a page should appear, offering you to choose the type of element you want to create. To change the type of element to be created, simply click on "Click to select a type", and choose what suits you. You can create as many elements as you want, but be aware that the more elements you create, the longer it will take to generate the mod. Also, when importing files, avoid using files that are too large. If you want to avoid that your item is 100 times the size of your humans, use sprites with dimensions smaller than 100x100 pixels. Once you have created your item, click on the save button to save it in your item list. Please note that you cannot modify the items once they are saved, also, your item list will be deleted if you reload the page.
How to download your created mod
To download your new super cool mod, just click on the present gear of the sidebar. Here you will be able to change your mod information (name, description, author and thumbnail). Be careful, for your thumbnail, use images of 200x200 pixels, or it will be crop. To export your mod, you must have created at least one element. To download it, just click on the "Download your mod!" button. If no download popup starts, allow popups on this page in your browser options. Once the .zip is downloaded, go to your local game files, and export the .zip to the mod folder. (Be careful not to export it to the root of the mod folder). Well done, now you can use your mod.

Just Learn Coding instead Using Auto Mod Makers, Otherwise youll end up Like DANGER.
