What happened to all the good AI Mods?

What i've noticed with people playground recently is that a lot of the most innovative and ambitious mods for the game, namely Active Humans, Reactive Humans and PP-NPC haven't been updated in well over a year. I can understand the last few PPG updates since the mods were last updated probably conflicted with these mods but surely there's been plenty of time since the last PPG update? It's a massive shame. These mods pretty much were 80% of the reason I played, especially the PP-NPC mod:

The PP-NPC mod is probably the least popular out of the three mods I mentioned earlier. but by far the best and most expansive, not only do you give characters AI with accurate styles of combat. (Melee, Guns, Hero powers that some characters have in their hands, and even martial arts can be learned.) but these styles of combat are customised using chips to give the npcs the abilities you want. (Think that scene in the matrix where neo get's karate uploaded to his brain). they aren't all masters to begin with though, they constantly have to fight and learn (XP System) to unlock better forms and more accurate decision making, I could leave 20 characters with these abilities, go do something for an hour and i come back and they've all fought, teamed up, killed each-other over and over again whilst also learning and mastering everything they were programmed to do.
I won't continue hyping up this mod, roll back your PPG update if you really want to try this, to at least before June 2023 if you wanna experience what this mod was like. I would say nag the guy into updating it but its clear he doesn't have any interest at this point.

I just wanted to say its a shame really, and I wont go on about PP-NPC, but its a really special addition to this game that sadly has gone amiss.

Yeah we really need a actually good Ai Mod ngl, Or some good mod maker to make a new one like Mc Playground or the other guy that made the Attack on Titan Mod (I Forgor)

game is dead bro, what little content creators existed for this game left. modders moved on. idk what happened to dev, radio silence.
