Any existing "Frankenstein" mods?

New player here.
I want to embrace my inner mad scientist and stitch together parts from multiple people to create a FULLY FUNCTIONAL homunculus. The problem I'm seeing in vanilla is that limbs can be pinned or otherwise "re-attached" to bodies, but obviously that doesn't mean they start working good as new. Are there any mods that would allow me to "sew" cleanly severed parts back onto a body, to the point where a human could use them again?

Similar vein of questioning, is there any way I can get a headless body's heart to start beating on its own again?

I have an idea for the heart beating on its own. You would either need that one medical machine thing I think its called cardiovasculer bypass something or other.

or another living human heart attached to the dead with blood vessel wires. And start the dead one with the life syringe.

one cool mod would be if u make your human picks up thinks that is heavy then they will get stronger
