First up that's the point of people playground, second, there is a thing called turning all the gore settings to the lowest, and lastly. there's also a thing called "Uninstalling the game" Now I know it sounds crazy but it might be what you need

If you want a game like this but without gore, check out PixPhys. It also has more mechanical things like engines, shafts, fuel and electricity.
However, you can also enjoy this game without gore. Go into settings into the gore category and you should see an option to enable Goreless. Enable it. Now you shouldn't see any flesh or (human?) blood. Blood decals will still render, it'll just look like gold. If you don't like that, you can disable decals in the settings too.
