default is very flexible, hybird is too but you aren't using the other parts of the map for the most part

i rarely use hybrid since i usually just make an infinite death loop factory on default, and slanted is good for doing brutal crashes

substructure because it's good for anything but giant contraptions (zombie survival, decorating, pushing humans into the sewers and watching them drown to death, pushing humans off of anything and watching them fall to their death, exploring, etc.)

i like the feel of substructure, but its laggy for me.

substructure is good, it can have dark areas at time but that can be fixed by turning brightness up to 100
