Game Takes A While To Load

I'm aware that this is probably because of my absurd amount of mods, but it is irritating that I have to sit through a minute+ long loading screen, along with my computer turning the entire screen white and putting "This App Is Taking A While To Load" or whatever.

Does anyone know how to make the wait significantly shorter or something?
