Can't tell if this is a joke, a hoax, or an actual thing? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CN4NiJ84Hk it was mentioned on this video here, never truly explained though, it also had a DO NOT RESEARCH tag on it. This seems oddly weird and disturbing, as PPG had alot of disturbing stuff, such as the Midnight Television stuff, This kinda looks like an ARG in my eyes.
