Secret Creepy Radio?

In the abyss map there's a radio underground that plays some creepyish music, and has a secret thing when you rick click it, where it then starts to play some computer noises, maybe a code of some kind? Also some text appears in the menu area as shown in the image. https://imgur.com/a/25Yi4Oj

Edit: Doing this seems to remove/dim all light from the level, only your own lamps bring light as far as I'm aware, and its only a tiny amount of light if you have a generator. I'm to afraid to see if this turns into some horror thing so I will simply share what little info I can get.

I was wondering if it was the same sort of audio that converts to photo that Valve used in Portal... Just found it too. There's some garbled text in the right click menu when you mouse over the option as well.

It seems to be Base64, though I think I messed up with converting it as even when translated from Dutch it makes no sense "yes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, they can't even hl me", I guess I mixed up some letters? Probably the I and l's...

No, that translation is correct. I imagine it combines with whatever the audio decodes into.

I watched a friend find this as well, deleting it results in "6X4OJU4" There's three things they've found so far. A radio in small room, a vase, and a normal radio in abyss.

not too far away means "niet te ver weg"

Just heard this, on Tower the radio will produce crying and screams. Got me super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good at this time of night.
Maybe try another spectogram? No real high pitched noises, but worth a try.
Maybe try searching the audio files, also.
