Peoples Playground Memory Usage

I stopped playing the game for about a month, I return and all of a sudden it insists on taking up 10gb of memory, what on gods green earth has changed since I left. Is it not a 3d 4k 120fps rending of a game,
I actually get higher frames on GTA V and Red Dead Redemption.
Am I missing something?

99% of the time this is caused by one or more (or the sheer amount) of mods you have

I had 4gb of ram he didn't use all of it then it was just upgrade to 16 of ram and it started using 10 - 12GB and my fps did not increase at all the same amount of mods
