What immortality serum? That syringe was removed ages ago (or that might have been a mod I had, I can't remember). If you mean the Ultra Strength syringe, though, then the immortality side effect hasn't worked in a long, long time. I've never seen it work myself.

you have to give them a larger dose of the ultra strength serum, and it'll only make their head fully invincible, other body parts arent really that invincible but are still semi invincible

i think its immortality in general. i had this mod to right click and make them immortal but it doesnt work much anymore, their body parts still die

yeah, also noticed that the acid syringe isn't really working as it should. If you jab someone with a syringe, it only fills up 1% skin damage. If you keep it injected, though, it kills.

im responding late, but the immortality serum is a serum you get from mixing tritium and mending syringe at exactly 50-50. atom bombs have only a tiny tiny bit of tritium in them.

I have made immortal serum right now literally lol
fairly easy you get Torture mod and get a water tank from it, right click and change fluid to Immortality serum and bam

after that just get a human or any liquid extractor mod to collect the liquid and u will now have the immortality serum
