Corrupted saves (Again)

latest update broke a bunch of saves, one of them was completely vanilla, one person, and eight iron rods, resized to make some armor for him. why do the updates break vanilla saves? what is going on?

IMPORTANT EDIT PLEASE READ: im pretty sure i found out why its corrupted, my save was using the No Collision Restraints, a part of a mod that had become disabled thanks to the new code stuff, if any of your saves are corrupted as well, please disable the rejected code, then restart your game, activate any deactivated mods, and restart one more time.

yeah all my saves are broken and i have all the mods for them as well plus i made them
