Whats up with google saying the game is free?

If i look up people's playground on google, a "people also ask" thing comes up and it says "is people's playground free?" and the answer is "People Playground comes with free and open gameplay allowing players to have fun while killing." and it links to "NexusGames" now, im 80% sure this is just a site trying to get people infected with malware (like cmon, giving it away online but selling it for money on steam??) but dunno, maybe the devs just decided to do that.
