Uncharted territory achievement

I don't know why the heck is it not working, i have tried building the machine that in all the videos were shown and the portal just does not open, i didn't copy paste anything, i didnn't download anything and i didn't save anything but the machine just doesn't work, i placed all the wires exactly like all the videos are showing (most of the videos weren't even that old) and it just doesn't work. Is there something i am forgetting to do or some update has maybe changed how it works? Please help

Are you freezing stuff? Don’t know why it wouldn’t work. Make sure to add in Specifically steel bindings and indestructible propagation wires.

i didn't freeze, i used the most strongest binding but i will try with stell specifically
