how do i make the tv have a custom video?

i want to know if its possible and how. i know its possible to do the jukebox and have done it myself thanks to this video i found (mic quality not that good but just follow along with the video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWI6tcsWrYE . i basically want to do that with the tv if its possible.

its easy,you need convert your music into WAV sound and create a carpet in the game called *Jukebox* and put your WAV song there

There's something in the tv file called video, there's a chance if you put a video in there it will play the custom video, have no idea if it will work, testing it.
Edit : Tough luck, ima put it in the file that showed up with it to see if it changes anything, than i'll put it into a mp3 file to see if that works.

Go to your game directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\People Playground (may be different depending on where your steam games are installed)
Create folder named "Videos" in it
Put your videos into newly created "Videos" directory
Enjoy!
now remove all mp3 files from folder if you have any
