Is 128 iterations worth it
I have a pc powerful enough to run them I'm just wondering if it's worth it

Iteration count in my experience doesn't matter unless your trying to use a creation that needs a certain iteration count. I would suggest leaving it at 16 if your not gonna use creations that need higher or lower counts.
