Way to turn character around in real time

I think maybe if the game developers added a control where you can just turn around your person without having to spawn a new one would be great. Unless there is a way and i'm just stupid.

do you mean without mods? or with because with mods then download the active human mod and control the character

The dev made a mod to do this, it's really good.
He also explains how he'd have to re-write the entire game to add that feature perfectly, so it won't happen.

theres a mod called flipping heck
when you download it you can right click anything (including things attached to wires) and in the menu it comes up with the option to flip.
