Radio noise on the void map?

When I was playing on the new void map, I heard a strange seemingly-reversed radio sound. I'll share the Google Drive link to the sound file I recorded of it.

Because the radio when Destroyed with the black hole on the last Update It lead to the void so It Probably just Is because Of that

Its kinda unclear but at the end you can hear "Bybyat" which means Get Out.

I tried to reverse the sound and I got some kind of suggestion, but I don't understand what it says

It could be the source of the sound where if you put a jukebox and a pole and connect it with a wire then search the perfect location you will hear a strange very weird sound
