How to flip items?

As in an item i've already spawned in, i've tried holding it and pressing q or e but it does nothing and only spawns another item.

you have to spawn it with q for left facing and e for right facing

go on steam workshop for people playground type this in to the search bar "flipping heck" and download the mod and you can turn NPC's and objects

or you could get mulligan mod but thats more advanced. Just get flipping heck by zooi on the workshop
