Do you know of Mutilate a Doll 2?
I bought this game to check it out because it looked really similar and want to compare their differences, is this game inspired or a clone of it?

Maybe its a little inspired, but then again its a genre, so i wouldnt call it a copy.

seems like it took some inspiration, but they're both really good sandbox ragdoll games.
Stuff like the worm staff exists in both games and looks identical, but I don't know who made it first

mutilate a doll 2 was my childhood game, i loved it so much, and when this game came out. i got so hyped. the fun comes again. great game

I absolutely love the slicing feature of MaD. It's pretty much the only reason I play it.
