Sim changes on the 5th of September at 20:00:00 GMT

Hello,

A new sim begins on September 5th.

Hopefully the last month when the sim change is not automatic.
We will switch to a new system where games begin every other day. They get filled up with A.I. nations [if there are not enough human players] and they end automatically after a number of days.
