WRONG SERIAL NUMBER???!!!!

i bought this game, and steam gave me the wrong serial number! it doesn't work! now what do I do? anyone can help me?

Which serial are you using? The one off the back of the manual should work not the one on the CD

hi all i have seen your plight and am here to help.
1st off there is 2 differnt codes
the 1st is an activation code (used 1st)
the 2nd is the CD-Key
i too also suffered this as they put the cd-key 1st (at the top)

I too have tried both sets of "keys"-neither works emailed game support and they say view cd key on library page and as we all know -they don't work...so guess we're just out the dough
