If you like this game, Megaton Rainfall is worth a look.

Similar in idea, but I think Megaton Rainfall executed it better. It's first person and the entire world isn't half a mile wide. You can actually go pretty much anywhere you want.

I personally can't recommend it, but if you DON'T get the same game-breaking bug I've had (and don't mind the oblivious dev not seeming to care about his own game or even realise it HAS a fanbase), it can be pretty good. These devs not doing anything are at least more direct and honest about it.

I'm sorry you've had that problem. The game runs incredibly well on my PC (and I know that means nothing) so maybe it's a conflict with your hardware/software? I wasn't sure of how much of a fanbase MR had and this game reminded me of it.

Yeah, I've done all the troubleshooting I could do for myself. It's probably an incompatibility or a coding glitch somewhere along the way, but without the dev being willing to communicate about it, there's not a lot that can be done. Fortunately, Steam did give me a refund for the game, but it was disappointing to HAVE to go that route.

And yeah, even though I recommend against it for the poor experience I've had, when it DID work for me it was great :)
