What are your top three factions? mine - Yan, Imperial Guard, Reclamation Army

1) Yan - over powered active and passive abilities. This civ is so OP that if you play hell mode with any other civ, your first priority usually is chasing down Yan and killing and recruiting its heroes.
2) Imperial Guard - only other faction I have beat hell mode with. Absolutely best tech tree in the game, best starting officials, auto defense, auto prosper. Decent starting position with ability to recruit lots of heroes quickly. Well rounded, solid
3) Its close between Reclamation and Icaruis - Reclamation Army has a similar tech tree to Imperial Guard, very good. Also a very good starting spot, and they have a hero that gets like +70% investment, so you can add like 500 prosperity every turn to your massive capital, getting you more points. However the light elves Icarius have a decent tech tree also, lots of auto prosperity but they only have one level 10 troop, the mage which eventually makes them one dimensional

It seems as if Yan needs to be nerfed, in that it is an overpowered DLC faction.

Top 1 Light Elves[Iricus], the strongest magicians, the strongest capital, a very strong passive economy. The Kargarelleon has 100% kill of any lord. The only disadvantage is that apart from strong magicians they have nothing and very few lords.

Top 2 Wood Elves[Lanlerner], a very strong Elf Queen, she probably has the highest attack speed, it's very funny to watch her shoot arrows from her machine gun.

I would like to put the dark elves in 3rd place, but they turned out to be weak, like the insect elves. Very strong Constante, Noseiffen and Yan. The rest of the factions are average or weak, some are even too weak with very bad lords.

I agree, their lords have too strong abilities.

One I left out is Augeas - they are very strong mostly due to the ability to get an army with 4 warriors at level 10 early on. the also have +800 auto defense. Weaknesses are the Mage army is hard for them to deal with (light elves) and they have no Calvary

2. Reclammation. their capital is hard too beat. and their troop are strong. this is #2 target you need kill before they can update complete their troop. very hard when you leave them to late. in mid game. you need lose 4-5 turn to beat their capital
3. Lanlerner. when i play game this faction are strong and with their capital is hard to beat. lucky that this faction tech not strong as Reclammation.
4. Icarius. always last factions I can beat. Strong capial and strong mage. I can't easy take down this faction when I not strong. their mage can slow down my progress to get many castle

Reclammation is not as strong as Yan or Icarius, they mostly use infantry and the danger is Lenna and Theodore with their very strong ults, but unlike Yan and Icarius they have a long cooldown, so they can be killed quickly. Yes, they have a capital of level 5, this is often a problem. And Noseiffen, if he survives to the late stage, becomes much stronger due to the huge amount of health.

my overpowered faction is any faction I pick if AI plays dirty so do I Ai getting boost ridiculously in the end game no matter how you develop your city it seems that you can never beat AI they have more high tier unit than your empire with the same amount of city or less.
it's very apparent that balance is not in the mind of developers so create your own balance.
