Lost Item?? Stuck on Act 4

Im on act four and sent one of the capsules through the wrong tube and dropped it. when I went back to where it dropped I clicked it and was pretty sure I picked it up but it's nowhere to be found in my inventory. I went through the entire map and couldn't find it either.

Am i stuck??? do I have to restart the game omg
