I do think having a no-win situation in a choose your own adventure type game is... an odd choice. It reduces the players feeling of agency with the story and ... honestly is probably the biggest negative of the game I have seen so far. I know that people tend to feel strongly about their writing and their art and are reluctant to change it, but I really think you should remove "choices matter" from the game description then.
I don't know if you ever had a chance to play Long Live the Queen, but I honestly think your art and game mechanics are a bit better. But, I think Long Live the Queen has very well done resolutions that are seriously influenced by the characters actions.
To be honest, I avoided buying the game for a long time because of this one issue. On some level I was feeling like... why bother if you can't change the outcome.
In any event, I have enjoyed what I have seen so far. Well done.
But, add me as another person who would pay for a DLC that introduces more .... resolutions that tie to player choices.
Thank you.
