Impact of Torlando's poem
I've finished the game now and didn't see any apparent benefit from helping Torlando complete his epic poem. It takes a lot of agent time helping him, so I expected to see SOMETHING. Is there any penalty for taking the "meh..." route and just ignoring him?

Hey there - there's no real penalty for ignoring him, but the extra gold at the end could be the difference between survival and death!

Same here. No extra gold gained whatsoever. It was just a detrimental, huge waste of time with no payoff.

If you finish all his quests he gives you the profits from its bestseller status

If when he asks you gave him your witch, your general, and your hunter each, he comes on week 47 and gives you 42 gold.

I finished the game helping Torlando to complete his poem.
Now I see it's not really profitable. You lose 31 gold by hiring a general, a witch and a hunter. That means you gain only 11 gold for not using agents 3 times.
