Bug peasant Babushka witch

I can't seem to make happy the peasant girl scared of the witch. I've cleared all 3 locations she creates on the map but after the first battle during week 31 she always come and tell me I didn't send my agents and did nothing getting the penalty.

Hi this will be fixed in the coming patch! Thank you for your saves, they helped a lot! Once the patch is out, you might have to load your game back to week 25 (where Lord Jovan comes with a soldier) to fix this. But this is just a side quest, so you don't have to do it. Sorry about the trouble!
