Yes everyone survived. I did:

- Mining equipment
- Fireworks
- Balista (thing that destroys siege towers)
- Save supplies

The only 5 people you can save as a result of your preparation and actions is your wife, daughter, The general, the hunter and the witch. Spoilers ahead so be warned:

The first part of the siege is the enemy is attempting to tunnel in and take down the wall, use mining equipment to stop this without casualties. You could send the hunter on a suicide mission but he will not return

The second part is when they flood the area with smoke and incense. You have to climb down and interact with a barrel of flares (Basically arrows with fireworks on them). I'm unsure if that has anything to do with letting the Radovian peasants into your city but that'll clear the smoke and spare the witch.

The last section is using the Ballista to halt the advance of the opposing forces, granted they'll still reach the wall but again casualties will be minimal.

At some point during one of those three events (I can't recall) a guard comes to inform you that some dogs got into the city somehow and are attacking. You can bring the hunter with you to save your family, but assuming you allowed your Daughter to keep the bear cub running amok, sending the hunter would be unnecessary as they would be alive and wall because that little bastard killed them.

As for everything else, players choice. I chose to stay and fight instead of saving the family.

Your choices as you play through I believe have an impact on the survival of your wife but as i've literally just started and finished today I have no idea if the ritual performed has any bearing on her survivability.
