no supplies during siege

I'm just starting with the end game siege but I have no supplies at all. Fact is I cheated to give myself a bit of an edge. (using a trainer) I had 600 soldiers and almost 300 supplies. But on the first week I have no supplies. Is this somehow because I cheated? Or am I meant to have far fewer soldiers at this point? I don't know. Sad to see no way forward after spending a lot of time on the game.

Hey there - We've got no experience with trainers I'm afraid, so it could absolutely be that that's what's ruined your save - we've seen no other bug like it! =[

And cheating kinda bugs out any game...

As I said the problem is no matter what I do I have no supplies during the siege.

Hi Vaughan! On the end week screen, did you add supplies to your reserves? It sounds like maybe you forgot?

At this point, with one of the dev-team distancing from trainers, I suggest to go with the flow and say your men starved to death with more soldiers than supplies available.

By all means, I am not even sure if you can get more than 300 men by recruiting all the locals.

u can, i have 322 and far from a complete cleared worldmap.
i just wonder if u use no supplys on ur family the first week, if they become healed if u do on the second.
even with full supplys, u cant give everyone everything 3 weeks along.

You can. I fed them all every week. Maybe you hit a bug or something?

maybe i counted wrong. i thought u have 10 supply max. and u have 4 groups to feed. so u have 3 weeks a 4 supplys - 12 needed.
guess im wrong ^^"
but if u dont feed ur family, will they get healed if u give the next week? so u can save one anyway?

You didnt count wrong. But I still fed all 4, all 3 weeks. Maybe I hit a bug... lol.

I'd leave not feeding anyone for the last week cause once that I didnt feed it week 1 it dragged on the negative consequences even though I fed them later. Might be a bug but saying.
