How can I remove items?

Hey guys how can i remove items like oracledust? or the teeth after justice?

WIe kann man die Items die man nicht mehr braucht los werden das man wieder platz hat für die ritual Sachen?

You don't need to remove them since you actually apparently have an item cap above what's displayed, but if you double click on stuff that doesn't have a use it gets added to either your supplies or your gold.

can you remove the needles? i need items for the ritual and dont have room.

Not sure if you still need help, but in case future people come here like I did looking for help: ignore the cap. When you buy an item past what looks like the cap, another 2 item slots will appear at the end and you can cycle to them by clicking an arrow.

TL;DR: Even if your inventory looks full, it's not. You're safe to buy more items.
