[Spoilers] Asalia endings
The one I got was: She runs off with Maya with my blessings It was a happy / positive ending. Was wondering about the other options. Anyone do these and know how they turned out? Thanks!

Update: There are 3 endings.

1. You let her run off with Maya. Never see her again but stay in touch.
2. You don't let her run off with Maya. She does anyway. Never see her again and lose touch.
3. Marry her off to old man.

Thinking of Brave and Merida -who is as annoying Asalia- I wonder why when a princess is getting married all the available princes are abusive, disgusting, incompetent or with one foot in the grave. Apparently normal young princes are fairy tale unicorns? Ah, well...

- Cursed guy is not cursed the petionner who told you this was a liar and he died later by overdose of "magic spice" .
- the Old King make her unhappy but at least you got reinforcement during the last battle.
- If you lock her up after she met Maya she leave the castle and never return.

There's also the ending where you tell her she's not allowed to run away with Maya but she does anyway! So there are quite a few endings to find for Asalia :)

well in my playthrough i accepted the trade deal with the magic spice and the cursed boy died because of this choice.
i have to check if he's still alive if i refuse the offer.

A 12 year old running off with someone she interacted with a few hours total over the course of a few months in the middle of a war doesn't really seem like a happy ending, letting her seems more like a really good way to get another one of your kids killed.

lol... a happy ending slide if you will. In rl I'd lock her up in her room till she grew a brain :P

She's the most annoying of the lot: Im boooreed! Ill think Ill harass the servants...

Miss Maturity :P

Another way to look at it though is that we were under siege. I thought it was safer to get her out of there and assume that Maya's father would keep an eye on her.

Hell I thought you might be able to push her towards a military career given her boredom and interest in swordplay/archery/politics, but no it's either self imposed exile with Mini-Xena or a future full of old balls with King Whatshisface.

Actually she does seem like good muscle-no-brains material. Military career, adventurer, bouncer at a night club, something of the sort. Was hoping there would be another nice ending not just Maya. Apparently not.

Maybe they'll flesh it out in the future, adding more meaningful choices would definitely improve the replay value for me.

I agree that the choices presented with the Maya dilemma are just unrealistic--letting a thirteen year old run off for love would not be accepted by any responsible parent. I would have let Maya stay in the castle, brought her father in the guard (the fact that I spared him seems irrelevant....wouldn't her take issue with his daughter taking in the thirteen year old of the king who spared him), and you could even have presented as same-sex betrothal as an option to heal the legacy of the Radovian war.

At the time I was thinking... yeah sure you can have a female lover. You still have to marry a prince or king to further the power of your family later though. Didn't worked out as planned.
