[SPOILER WARNING FOR ENDGAME]
I noticed how at the end of the game. The Queen of Atana can be saved. If so, where do I start looking? I've tried to look in the Council Chamber multiple times, it's been two playthroughs and I never let Cedani play in the Chamber for the second one.

Had to sacrifice my people's happiness to explore all the Posts for clues, explore the question marks on the map and had to buy every single thing.

My bet is one of the merchant who come to your castle and want to sell you a medecine that he isn't sure if it works yet it's expensive to buy.
I couldn't try it because I was too poor, lol
He is kinda the only npc who wants to sell you remedy if my memory isn't wrong.

Bought the medicine, offered to Talys, he refuses it. And anyway as mentioned before I think you can’t save her.

Does she die if you dont do the ritual? My first playthrough I did the ritual correctly, all you need is the mushroom from the dungeons, the book from the council chambers and you buy the rest from merchants. Then just pay attention.

If you don’t do the ritual she doesn’t die. At least doesn’t HAVE to die.

Oh pretty sure there no way to save her?

Think I saw a post by a dev saying that there is no way to save her.

That can't be.

She's literally the first thing that popped up after saving the game. There's even a number on the top right corner that said 2/2

So I assumed there's a 1/2 to her.

There was even a choice above that saying I failed to save the Queen of Atana and apparently they're going to go to war again.

May have been planned by the devs as they kinda make it a thing. But the story is so railroaded its strange they even mentioned it in the ending (as the witch is scripted).

Is that right? I'll start again see if I can give it to Talys before the Wedding.

The king declines the meds if you offer it to him.

Darn it.

Thanks for the answer anyway. Must be some unused content if they just allowed that kind of ending to pop up.

Also pretty sure saving her would be an achievement and none of the hidden achievements even allude to this. Probably just a planned thing by the devs that was never implemented as the ending screen mentions her.

A shame really. That would have been a cool secret achievement ending. Maybe it'd help snap Ivo back to senses since he apparently loves his mother that he'd actually poison us if it meant curing her.

Don't get me wrong. I still think the bastard is a piece of ♥♥♥♥ and deserves death.
