This seems more like a misunderstanding here. The avalanche win is default. From another thread I read the siege win is not guaranteed. So you can "win" both.
I do hope you will reconsider some day. You have made a very good game and the art work and characters are very good. However, to be honest, the game strikes me more of a kenetic novel than a true choices matter choose your own adventure type game.
The lack of the ability to alter the course of major events, or alternatives even, really reduces the feeling of player agency, and it may undermine the potential success of your game.
I know you are invested in the story you have written, and I get that you were trying for a GOT vibe. But, in the end, it is more like season 6 than one of the earlier seasons. It isn't just that she dies, the way that it is forced... just ... isn't well written.
