How do you make objects rotate in a circle?

I've seen some levels where for example a set of blocks or apples is spinning around in circles but I don't know how you do that. I know you can make items follow a track but I doubt a bunch of people spent time drawing a perfect circle on the smallest grid.

common tab has spinners

Grab a "Spinner" object from the "Common" tab, then click on your new object, and you should see some slots appear, then put whatever in there.
