Strange Note & Rusty Key

So I got a strange note from a scarecrow, it reads:
Find the woods of mystery, then find the secret grotto within." Is this for Act 2 in the Woods or not? Anyone could provide info (Also make it a spoiler.)

Also what does the Rusty Key unlock? I tried it on the shed near Alice's house and the one with Chad isn't even locked.

If it is the note I'm thinking of (I can't check because the old note gets replaced) then yes Act 2.
There is a third shed in town, that's where the key goes.

Yup, map also calls it Alleyway.
