scrubbing through video?

is there a faster way to advance the video then swiping right a trillion times on the controller track pad? i have a 3 hours long H265 video i want to send to others to play back, but they will break off their thumbs if they ever want to skip something. this is the only program that i was able to find to playback H265 VR videos.

Get deovr, free and works everytime (if u r streaming some sites like realityl have blocked the app to promote their own (play'a vr), just dl the movies to hdd and play in deo).

thanks. i tried that app but i just couldn't get it to work properly. most programs still can't play back h265 for some reason...
